We believe that residents shouldn't have to choose between dignity and care. That's why we offer personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs, desires, and lifestyle.
Reflections Program
We designed our Reflections program around the belief that everyone has the right and the capacity to live and love while discovering enjoyment in each day - regardless of abilities that have been lost to dementia.
We use this information to develop an individualized plan for each resident. This plan addresses the personal care needs, social activities, and life skills experiences best suited to create a quality day for each resident. These will often include a balance of one-on-one and a variety of group activities, all of which are designed to promote independence, dignity, social interaction, and creating moments of joy every day.
The Reflections Environment
The Reflections living area is a small and secure environment with an open floor plan. As a result, residents have freedom of choice, movement and interaction within a very comfortable and home-like environment. The Reflections courtyard is also secure and easily accessible to residents as they wish to spend time outdoors, walking, gardening, or just enjoying a breath of fresh air.
The Reflections Caregivers
Our Reflections staff is carefully selected and trained to provide your loved one with individualized care and attention. Caregivers promote the well-being of each resident through practice of familiar and comfortable daily routines. Care staff are also taught techniques which encourage and allow your loved one to maintain some skills and independence, as our goal is always to help a resident function at the highest level possible, for as long as possible.
