The Birches on Maple Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care

Tanner Health System and Beacon Communities are spearheading a joint venture partnership to develop a 140,000 square foot, 125-bed Independent/assisted/memory care community in Carrollton, Georgia known as the Birches on Maple Senior Living Community. The project is being designed as the first community in our area offering IL/AL/and MC under one roof in a first-class environment with a robust amenities package. The Birches will have a full restaurant, multipurpose areas for events and activities, resident clinic and therapy areas, as well as the use of a full clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, meeting and craft rooms, and card rooms. Along with the primary community building and clubhouse, a 12- to 16-unit independent living cottage community will be adjacent to the facility.
